Returns

We hope you love your Morrigan headcover. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return under our extended return policy, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and with the Morrigan tag still attached. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@morrigangolf.com before sending your item back. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your package.

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Handmade Products

All Morrigan headcovers are handmade with care. Because each item is individually crafted, small variations in shape, stitching, texture, measurements, or finish may occur.

These subtle differences are a natural part of handmade production and make each headcover unique. Minor variations are therefore not considered defects, as long as the product is otherwise consistent with its description and functions as intended.

Damages, Defects and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong product.

Please include your order number and photographs of the issue, where relevant, so that we can evaluate the matter and make it right.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, you are entitled to make a complaint in accordance with Swedish consumer law. In Sweden, consumers have the right to make a complaint regarding an original defect for up to three years from the date the product was received.

If a complaint is approved, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund, depending on the situation. Morrigan Golf will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved complaints relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

The easiest way to receive a different colour, size, or model is to return the item you have in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

Right of Withdrawal in Sweden

As a consumer purchasing online in Sweden, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day after you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@morrigangolf.com within the 14-day period and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

You may carefully inspect the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. However, if the item has been handled or used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, we may make a deduction for any reduced value.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

For returns made under your legal 14-day right of withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout. Any additional delivery cost resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping option will not be refunded. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof that it has been sent back.

For returns made under our extended 30-day return policy after the legal 14-day withdrawal period has passed, we will refund the product price once the return has been approved and inspected. Original shipping costs are not refunded in these cases.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment service to process the refund.
