These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products from Morrigan Golf AB through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Our online store is powered by Shopify. All purchases made through the store are made directly between you and Morrigan Golf AB.

Morrigan Golf AB is registered in Sweden and sells handmade golf headcovers to customers within Sweden.
2. Products
Morrigan Golf sells handmade golf headcovers. We aim to display our products as accurately as possible through product descriptions and photographs.
Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device or lighting conditions.
Because our headcovers are handmade, small variations in shape, stitching, texture, measurements or finish may occur. These subtle differences are a natural part of handmade production and make each item unique. Minor handmade variations are not considered defects, provided that the product corresponds to its description and functions as intended.
3. Prices
All prices displayed in our online store are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, incorrect product information or technical errors in the online store. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and, where appropriate, offer you the option to confirm the corrected order or receive a full refund.
4. Orders and Order Confirmation
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information required to complete your purchase and delivery.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please review the confirmation and contact us as soon as possible at contact@morrigangolf.com if any information is incorrect.
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if incorrect information has been provided, if there is an obvious pricing or technical error, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of the online store. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, you will receive a refund.
5. Payment
Payment is made through the payment options displayed at checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on the payment services offered through our Shopify store.
Your payment information is handled securely by the relevant payment service provider. Morrigan Golf does not store your complete payment card details.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver orders within Sweden only.
Available shipping options, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your delivery is delayed, please contact us at contact@morrigangolf.com.
Morrigan Golf is responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you. If a parcel is damaged during delivery, lost in transit or not delivered as expected, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter and provide an appropriate solution.
If delivery is delayed, you may have the right under Swedish consumer law to request delivery, cancel your purchase in certain circumstances and/or claim compensation for costs caused by the delay.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As a consumer purchasing online in Sweden, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
In addition to your legal right of withdrawal, Morrigan Golf offers an extended 30-day return policy, meaning that you may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights under Swedish consumer law.
8. Complaints and Faulty Products
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not correspond to what you ordered, please contact us at contact@morrigangolf.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs showing the issue.
Under Swedish consumer law, you have the right to make a complaint regarding an original defect in a product for up to three years from the date you received the product.
If your complaint is approved, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Morrigan Golf will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved complaints relating to defective, damaged or incorrect items.
Minor variations resulting from the handmade nature of our products are not considered defects, provided that the item otherwise corresponds to its description and intended function.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including the Morrigan Golf name, logo, product images, photographs, graphics, text, designs and other materials, is owned by Morrigan Golf AB or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or use our website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
You are welcome to share links to our website and products for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
Our online store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, delivery or other functions required to operate the store.
Our website may also contain links to third-party websites, such as social media platforms. Morrigan Golf is not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of websites operated by third parties.

We process personal information in connection with your use of our website and your purchase in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and what rights you have under applicable data protection law.
12. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an obligation where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, war, strikes, major transport disruption, government measures or significant technical disruption.
This section does not limit any rights you have under mandatory Swedish consumer law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable legal requirements.
The Terms & Conditions that apply to your purchase are those available at the time you place your order.
14. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any purchase made through our online store are governed by Swedish law.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute, you may submit your complaint to:
